RETURN POLICY

If you don’t love it, return it.  New Day Stock is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within (30) business days and receive a full refund for the price of the product.  Depending on the size of the return New Day Stock does reserve the right to charge a one time restocking fee.  Orders older than 30 days from time of purchase do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.  New Day Stock does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees.  We will issue your refund within (12-24) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within (24) hours of purchase, MST.  We are committed to our customers and your satisfaction.

To cancel your merchandise, please email: [email protected] and label the subject line:  CANCEL MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER. 

Cancellation after (24) hours will require the customer to return the undamaged product to receive a full refund.  We cannot exchange your order after (24) hours because it will have already gone into production.  Please review our RETURN POLICY

CHANGE MY ORDER

You may amend your order and address details within (24) hours of purchase. Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line:  CHANGE MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER.  We will confirm your changes have been made.

SHIPPING

Our global facilities allow us to provide fast FREE Shipping to most locations around the world! Our manufacturing facilities are located in the China. We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Alaska.

We ship standard postage using multiple shipping methods throughout the world. Postage will be priced according to location. Majority of orders are generally delivered in 12-20 business days. Please note, while most of our orders are delivered within 12-20 days business days, production of your custom canvas can take up to 3 business days.

TRACK MY ORDER

As soon as your canvas ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes delivery expectations by our eCommerce platform.  Please allow up to (4 – 6) business days to receive your tracking link to check your order status.

DAMAGED ART

If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here’s how:

  1.      Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
  2.      Attach your photos to an email and send them to [email protected]Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
  3.      You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
  4.      If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement 2 Day Air.

CUSTOMIZED CANVAS

New Day Stock does not provide customization to existing collection pieces or offer custom designs and sizes.

PROMOTIONS

If you have received a promotion offer CODE, you may redeem your discount at the time of Checkout in your Cart Discount section.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and PayPal.  We do not provide invoices through our eCommerce platform.
